The building is located in the famous (two pan-European blue flags) Elia (Olive) beach of Sithonia in Halkidiki. One of the most beautiful location in Chalkidiki. Located 11 km away from the capital of Sithonia, Nikiti and 10 km away from the village of Neos Marmaras.

The plot (land) is placed between the five (5) star hotel complex of Anthemus Sea Hotel & Spa and one of the best taverns — restaurants in Northern Greece, the Mpoukadoura.

The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away from the camping Mitari, next to Anthemus Sea Hotel & Spa. In Nikiti you can find small and large supermarkets sush as Masoutis, Galaxias and LIDL.

At 1 km away there is an organized store with watersports.
